We collaborated with our long-time friend, Brian Solis, on the Social Media Brandsphere infographic. This project aims to break down the five ways that brands can engage with their customers through social media channels. Each technique produces a wide range of possibilities for interaction and storytelling between people and brands. Throughout the project, we worked closely with Brian Solis to ensure that we portrayed the different layers and circles of the brandsphere in a clear and appropriate manner. This helped us convey the importance of each element at a glance.
