As the Occupy Wall Street protest reaches its 7th week, Fast Company got exclusive access to research by Harrison Schultz, who helped develop occupywallst.org, and Professor Hector R. Cordero-Guzman from the School of Public Affairs at Baruch College and partnered with the visualization experts at JESS3 to create an infographic. We had a lot of information to display but wanted to make sure to focus on the main demographics like gender, age, education, employment status and salary, as well as political leanings to paint a picture of exactly who is occupying Wall Street. The end result is a pie-style infographic which breaks up each category of data portrayed in a beautiful color.
