Preparing for a world where touch screens are not only for phones and tablets, but for laptops and desktops, Microsoft’s Public Sector team partnered with JESS3 to explore what a Health and Human Services (HHS) case worker’s dashboard could look like. Planning for both mouse and natively-supported-touch thanks to Windows 7, JESS3 focused on creating an intuitive and icon-driven experience. In addition to the UI / UX explorations, JESS3 also designed and programmed a prototype using Microsoft’s Silverlight platform.
