Ask America Infographics

Launched earlier this month, Ask America is a unique midterm elections hub on Yahoo! News (the #1 news site) which gives a voice to the American voting public through non-traditional polling on a large scale. Ask America is collecting data from its millions of users on topics such as the economy, healthcare, immigration and more.

The first of the two graphics that have gone live answers the questions “What are the nation’s most pressing issues?” and simply breaks down the 1,671,267 responses by gender, answer, and, of course, issue at hand. The second, entitled “U.S. Must Do More for Jobs and Economy” focuses solely on labor and economic issues and received some 108,687 responses.

The third infographic, “America Speaks: the Top Issues by Region”, illustrates the questions that were answered by the most people, broken down by region and by overarching topic: State of the Union or the Economy. And the fourth infographic, released the day after the November 2 midterm elections depicted America’s view on some of the election’s key issues.

Samsung Smart Wall Featured by Fast Company

If you are the company you keep, then being mentioned along side Nike, GE and Chevy means you are doing something right. JESS3 could not be more proud to have helped contribute to this year's big win for Samsung at SXSW as the lead agency behind the design, development and curation of their #smartwall. We also loved that the Fast Company reporter Greg Fernestein clued in on Samsung and these brands as ones who have opted "for hands-on experiences and utility at SXSW" -- the new model of marketing that aims to empower, aid and co-create with consumers.

The End of Entrepreneurial Adolescence

Having functioned entirely under the “work-from-home” model until January of this year, we cannot speak more highly about what the physical space and proximity has done for our process, results, cohesion and inside jokes. This seems like an obvious statement to make, but as as a scrappy start-up that has been transforming into an established agency over the last two years, it is an important reflection point for us.
