The State of the Internet Nominated for a Webby

The nominations for the 15th annual Webby Awards have been announced and the JESS3 team has been included in the "Online Film & Video - Technology" nominees for the State of the Internet video alongside some amazing amazing projects from WSJ, The New York Times and Engadget. Voting is open to the public this year through the Webby's People's Voice Award site.

JESS3 Joins the Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA)

JESS3 has joined the roster of the Society of Digital Agencies. SoDA membership is invitation-only, comprised of 60 top digital agencies and elite production companies – with offices in 24 countries. “We are thrilled to welcome JESS3 to the prestigious ranks of SoDA membership,” said Chris Buettner, Director of Operations. SoDA members in Russia, Brazil, and North America commended JESS3 in the full member vote. JESS3 Welcomes New Hires Simon Owens and Glenn Siegman

JESS3 worked closely with foursquare to build a custom map visualization of Election Day check-ins that access over 108,000 official polling locations thanks to the Voting Information Project (Google x The Pew Center on the States).

Google x JESS3 Post Super Tuesday Graphic Featured on Buzzfeed

Following Super Tuesday, the Google Politics and Elections team partnered with JESS3 to visualize how each Republican candidate competed in the Super Tuesday states, in the categories of states won, Google Search interest, delegates won, and percentage of votes achieved. In six of the 10 states, the candidate who received the most search interest prior to Super Tuesday also won the state.
